What to expect during visits

How often: Treatments are given twice a week in a group setting.
Duration of each treatment: Treatments last from 30-45 minutes with people receiving treatment while sitting in a chair fully clothed. 
Modality: Needles are inserted in the ears based on a protocol developed by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA). Other needles may be used on accessible body points as needed. This protocol for addiction recovery has been successfully in use in the US since the 1970s.
Herbal Medicine: You will have the option of purchasing herbal supplements that provide additional support to the body during the withdrawal and detoxification process.

Timeline

Acupuncture treatments will cover 8 weeks, from the first week of November until the 3rd week of December. To fully benefit from the treatments and minimize cravings, you will need to come at least twice a week for the first four (4) weeks.

You can drop in anytime within the time frames given and get your acupuncture treatment, but please arrive no later than ½ an hour before end time.

Fees

First treatment is set at $40, and subsequent treatments are $20 each. 
You can pay you go. You can also take advantage of an economical packaged set of treatments for $250, covering all the sessions.
